It is our mission to provide the best possible grooming experience for your dog. We truly care about each dog and cater to their individual needs. Our experienced staff will go over your dog's health, behavior and the specifics for the grooming and desired style. We offer a quick turn around time, getting most dogs in and out in two to three hours. We make every effort to keep a low stress environment in the grooming salon. SRO is dedicated to using green products, we use all natural shampoos, conditioners and cleaning supplies whenever possible. Your dogs will be treated gently and given positive reinforcement during the grooming process.
A full service groom includes:
Bath with an appropriate shampoo and conditioner (we are also willing to use vet prescription shampoos as directed)
